Legal details must be reviewed and finalized before launch.

KOLO / LEGALPolicy information

Effective date: October 12, 2026. This policy applies to KOLO HQ subscriptions sold by KOLO, subject to mandatory law and any checkout-specific terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel recurring renewal through the billing/customer portal provided at checkout, if available, or contact support@kolohq.com. To avoid a new charge, cancel before the next renewal date. We will identify available cancellation options in your billing communications and checkout flow.

Refund requests

For a refund request, contact support@kolohq.com with the account email, transaction reference, and a brief description of the issue. We assess refunds according to the terms presented at checkout, applicable law, and any merchant-of-record policies. This page does not promise automatic refunds or waive statutory rights.

Trials and promotional offers

Trial duration, eligibility, and any transition to a paid subscription will be disclosed at signup if a trial is offered. If no trial is shown, none is included.

Payment provider

Where Paddle acts as merchant of record, Paddle may handle payment and refund processing. The merchant of record and transaction details will be identified at checkout and on receipts.

Contact

Billing support: support@kolohq.com.

Additional platform-specific provisions

These provisions describe KOLO’s operational modules and must be checked against the deployed service and applicable law before publication.

Recurring subscriptions and renewals

The merchant name, currency, tax, billing cadence and renewal amount should be displayed in checkout and receipts. The actual customer portal must provide a workable cancellation route.

Charge errors and support

Customers should report duplicate charges, access problems and other billing concerns with a transaction identifier. Refund eligibility remains subject to checkout terms, merchant-of-record procedures and applicable law.
